1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Avi Vaulin ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit avivaulin.com (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

We are based in Miami, Florida. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at legal@wwaisolutions.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Contact forms — name, email address, phone number (optional), and message content submitted through our contact form at /contact.
  • Agent inquiry form — agent name, subject, and message submitted through our AI agents page at /agents.
  • Call scheduling — name, email address, and any details you provide when booking a call through the Calendly widget on our landing pages.

Information collected automatically:

  • Device and browser data — IP address, browser type, operating system, screen resolution, device type, and language preferences.
  • Usage data — pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, click patterns, and navigation paths, collected through Google Analytics.
  • Advertising data — conversion and interaction data collected by Meta (Facebook) Pixel, Google Ads tags, and the OpenAI Pixel for ad measurement and remarketing. This includes conversion events such as submitting a contact form or scheduling a call.

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and local storage to operate the Site, analyze traffic, and support advertising. Most of these technologies are deployed through Google Tag Manager (GTM); the OpenAI Pixel is loaded directly by the Site.

The OpenAI Pixel may also store identifiers in cookies or browser storage to attribute visits and conversions to ads shown on OpenAI products such as ChatGPT. Identifier names and durations are set by OpenAI and described in the OpenAI Privacy Policy.

Local storage:

  • blogTextSize — stores your preferred text size for blog posts. No personal data is collected. Persists until you clear your browser data.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to inquiries — we use contact form data to reply to your messages.
  • Analytics — Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve content and performance.
  • Advertising — Meta Pixel, Google Ads tags, and the OpenAI Pixel measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns and enable remarketing (showing relevant ads to past visitors on other platforms).
  • Call scheduling — Calendly processes the information you provide when booking a call so the meeting can take place.
  • Rate limiting — cookies prevent form spam by limiting submissions to one per 24 hours.
  • User preferences — local storage remembers your text size setting on blog posts.

5. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following third-party services to operate the Site:

  • Google Tag Manager — a tag management system that deploys analytics and advertising scripts. GTM itself does not collect personal data, but it loads scripts that do.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — collects usage data including pages visited, session duration, device information, and approximate geographic location. Data is processed by Google LLC. Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information, see How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — tracks conversions and builds audiences for advertising on Meta platforms. Meta receives data about your visits including pages viewed, actions taken, and device information. Meta Privacy Policy. Manage your ad preferences at Meta Ad Preferences.
  • Google Ads — uses cookies to serve ads based on your past visits to the Site (remarketing). You can opt out of personalized advertising at Google Ad Settings or through the Network Advertising Initiative Opt-out.
  • OpenAI Pixel — measures conversions from ads shown on OpenAI products such as ChatGPT. OpenAI receives data about your visit including pages viewed, conversion events (such as submitting a form or scheduling a call), and device information. OpenAI Privacy Policy. You can manage ad and data preferences in your ChatGPT account settings.
  • Calendly — powers call scheduling on our landing pages. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address, and any details you provide, and processes them per the Calendly Privacy Notice.
  • Google Fonts — fonts are loaded and self-hosted at build time through Next.js. No user data is sent to Google when you view the Site.
  • Resend — contact form submissions are delivered by email through Resend, a transactional email service. The contents of your submission (name, email, phone, message) pass through Resend's servers. Resend Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with the services above is used solely for the purposes described in this policy.

6. Data Retention

  • Contact form submissions — retained in our email inbox until manually deleted. You can request deletion at any time.
  • Google Analytics data — user-level data is retained for up to 14 months. Aggregated data is retained indefinitely.
  • Meta Pixel data — retained by Meta per their privacy policy.
  • Google Ads data — retained by Google per their privacy policy.
  • OpenAI Pixel data — retained by OpenAI per their privacy policy.
  • Calendly scheduling data — retained by Calendly per their privacy notice.
  • Cookies — expire per the durations listed in Section 3.
  • Local storage — persists until you clear your browser data.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA):

  • Right to know — request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected.

  • Right to non-discrimination — we will not deny services or charge different prices for exercising your privacy rights.

  • Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure — request deletion of your data.
  • Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at legal@wwaisolutions.com. We will respond within 30 days (45 days for CCPA requests if an extension is needed).

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

The Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track (DNT) browser signals because there is no industry-standard protocol for compliance.

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, as required under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

  • HTTPS encryption for all data in transit.
  • Server-side validation and sanitization of form submissions.
  • Rate limiting to prevent abuse.
  • SameSite=Strict cookie attributes to prevent CSRF.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
